Skills Development
At Dell we believe our employees need to be given the
opportunity to develop and become leaders – both in their
communities and their workplace. Within the company
this type of transformation takes place through focused
and strategic skills development programs such as our
comprehensive continuing education program which
enables staff to further their education through degrees or
diplomas and which is also used as a retention mechanism
to assist with employment equity.
Disabled Learnership Program
Over the past seven years, more than 55 disabled learners
have participated in our disabled learnership program, an
initiative which enables us to recruit disabled employees
who are then entitled to one year of Dell exposure.
Winning Culture
Our focus on internal inclusion is demonstrated by our
Winning Culture Program which includes:
1. Employee Volunteer Programs
2. Linking Employees with socio-economic
