Given South Africa’s increasing unemployment rates, job creation is
imperative. The Dell Development Fund, as part of its Enterprise
Development Program, aims to help address this issue by funding individuals
who have a keen interest in starting their own business. One of our success
stories is Café Expresso.
Kabelo Tsebe has a background in the hospitality industry and a passion for
serving people. He also wanted to start his own business selling the finest
co ee. At the time, Dell was looking for someone who wanted to be trained
to start their own business and once we’ve met with Kabelo, we knew his
enthusiasm and interest in running a business, combined with his previous
experience, made him the ideal candidate.
